Who you’re dealing with

The site at liym-capital.com is run by Liym Capital. Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: for payment and tax purposes your purchase is made from Stripe, which then passes the order to us to fulfil. Stripe’s own terms apply to the checkout.

Digital music

• What you get. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and listen to the files for your own private use, on your own devices, forever.
• What you can’t do. Upload the files to streaming or sharing sites, resell them, use them in videos, ads, games or other productions, or remix and redistribute them. Any commercial or public use needs written permission.
• Downloads. Each purchase gives you a private download page with a limited number of downloads (shown on the page) and links that expire after 15 minutes. Save your files somewhere safe. If you run out of downloads because of a technical problem on our side, contact us and we’ll reset them.
• Formats. Files are delivered in the formats listed on the product page at the time of purchase (currently MP3). If additional formats are added later they are not owed on earlier purchases unless stated.

Pay what you want

Some releases let you choose your price above a stated minimum. The amount you choose is the price; it is not a donation and the same licence applies whatever you pay.

Pre-orders

When a release has a future date, buying it is a pre-order. You are charged at checkout and your download page stays locked until the release date and time shown. If a release is delayed we’ll update the date on the site and your downloads unlock on the new date. If a pre-ordered release is cancelled you receive a full refund.

Merchandise

• Stock and sizes. Items are sold while stocks last. If something sells out after you pay, that line is refunded automatically and the rest of your order stands.
• Shipping. Shipping costs and destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates; customs duties in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Because runs are small, we don’t offer exchanges for a change of mind; please check sizes before ordering.

Refunds

• Digital downloads are final once the files have been made available to you, except where required by law or where a technical fault on our side stopped you downloading.
• Pre-orders can be refunded in full any time before the release date on request.
• Merch follows the returns rules above.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in USD. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout based on your location. We can change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you complete checkout.

Use of the site

• All music, artwork, photos, video and text on this site belong to Liym Capital or its licensors. You may share links to pages; you may not copy or republish the content.
• Don’t try to break into the site, scrape it, bypass download limits or interfere with other people’s use of it.
• The contact form is for genuine enquiries. Abusive or automated submissions may be blocked.

Liability

We provide the site and the content “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections of the country or state they live in.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above tells you when. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
