Effective October 6, 2026
Liym Capital collects the minimum needed to sell you music and merch, deliver it, and answer your messages. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Who we are
This site at liym-capital.com is operated by Liym Capital. “We” and “us” mean Liym Capital.
What we collect, and why
- Purchases. When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details, email and, for merch, your shipping address. We receive your email, the items bought, the amount paid and the shipping address (merch only) so we can deliver your order and provide support. We never see or store your full card number.
- Downloads. Each purchase creates private download links. We record how many times each link is used (up to the limit shown on your download page) to protect the files.
- Newsletter. If you sign up, we store your email address and the date you joined. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
- Contact and booking form. We store what you send us: your name, email, message and any optional details (organization, dates, budget) so we can reply.
- Usage statistics. We keep anonymous, first-party statistics about how the site is used: pages viewed, songs previewed and for how long, videos played, items added to the cart and purchases. They are tied to a random id for your visit, not to you, and no IP address is stored. They tell the artist which songs people listen to.
- Security logs. To stop spam and abuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of the network address a form was submitted from. It cannot be turned back into your address.
What we don’t do
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no sale or rental of your data.
- No account passwords: there are no customer accounts. Your order confirmation and download page links are your receipt.
- No cookies for tracking. The only cookie on this site is a sign-in cookie used by the site’s administrator.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe handles checkout and payment. Stripe also acts as the merchant of record for payments, which means Stripe is the legal seller for tax and payment purposes and applies its own privacy policy to the checkout. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare stores the music files you buy and serves your downloads through short-lived private links.
- Vercel hosts the website and its database.
- YouTube plays embedded videos only after you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Spotify, Apple Music or SoundCloud embeds, where present, load only when shown and follow those services’ policies.
Each of these providers processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as required for tax and accounting, and so your download links keep working.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact messages: until the conversation is finished, then deleted on request.
- Form security hashes: automatically removed within 24 hours.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a regulator. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days. Payment-related requests may need to go to Stripe as well.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Some releases carry a Parental Advisory label.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payment details go directly to Stripe, purchased files sit in private storage and are only reachable through expiring links, and administrator access is password-protected. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
